Scope The scope of work includes Comprehensive upgrades and renovations to the existing Buck Swank Stadium at Palmyra Area Middle School, existing buildings including Concessions, toilet facilities and 2 storage buildings. Stadium work includes full replacement of the grass playfield, home and away grandstands, the track and surround fence, all track and field lanes and pits and surrounding property fencing and sidewalks.
