Demolition, remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Scope The scope of work includes Comprehensive upgrades and renovations to the existing Buck Swank Stadium at Palmyra Area Middle School, existing buildings including Concessions, toilet facilities and 2 storage buildings. Stadium work includes full replacement of the grass playfield, home and away grandstands, the track and surround fence, all track and field lanes and pits and surrounding property fencing and sidewalks. Prevailing wages apply (see spec section 007343) ***There are Alternates, Allowances & Unit Prices required for this project, please provide separate pricing accordingly. (see spec sections 012100, 012200 & 012300) ***Addendum # 1 has already been issued and contains reissued drawings, please be sure to review it and incorporate any changes
