The contract will be considered at the July 20, 2020 Board of Supervisors Meeting. A PennBid Representative can be reached at 610-693-4769. Successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price within fifteen (15) days after the contract has been awarded. Bidders can utilize the PennBid Program without any initial or recurring costs. A fee of 0.33% of the bid total, capped at $5,000, is assessed only to the bidder who is awarded the project.
