Invites bids for GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, ROOFING, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, and ELECTRICAL Work for the 2024 Capital Improvement Project at the Main School Building located at 46 West Main Street, Friendship, New York and the Bus Garage located at 14 East Water Street, Friendship, New York. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of Base Bid is required and must accompany proposal. Performance Bond and Labor Material Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of Contract Sum are required to be delivered at time Contract is signed with Owner.
