No oral, telegraphic, or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the total amount of the base bid, or a certified check, cashier s check, or acceptable letter of credit on a solvent bank payable to the Jackson-Milton Local School District in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the Bid, including all add alternates, as prescribed by Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54.
