Request for Qualifications The City of Kent is requesting qualifications for professional engineering services for the design of the City of Kent Water Treatment Plant Wellfield Expansion Study. This goal of this study is to install and test two new production wells and three observation wells to determine long-term capacity of the proposed well sites near the Water Treatment Plant. It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed in February 2025. Testing for the sites has been tentatively scheduled for May of 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
