A. Project Description 1. The Project Entitled Centennial Court B Teletherapy Spaces Kent State University Kent Campus Portage County 325 Midway Drive Kent, OH 44242 KSU Project No: KSU-25L003 B. Work Included: The work of this Project is shown on the Drawings and described in the various Sections of the Specifications. C. Drawings and General Provisions of Contract, including General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions and Division 01 Specification Sections, apply to work specified in this Section. 1. The requirements of Division 01 are a part of the Work of each and every Contract. The Contractor for any one-Contract area shall be familiar with the Work and requirements of all other Contracts. D. Description of Scope of Work: This project entails the performance of the following work: 1. Demolition and removal of the existing building and installation of new work indicated on the Drawings. 2. Other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents, but not necessarily described above. 3. Drawings, Use of: Do not scale the Drawings. If the Contractor chooses to calculate measurements by scaling the Drawings, it is at their own risk and is not considered to be an accurate measurement. The Contractor is responsible for the accuracy of measurements, elevations, lines, and grades of the Work. The purpose of this asbestos survey was to provide general information regarding the presence, condition, and quantity of accessible and/or exposed friable and non-friable building materials that commonly contain asbestos prior to renovation activities in the identified areas of the structures. The Asbestos Survey was completed in general accordance with the authorized scope of work as identified in the contract between PSI and the client.
