The City of York reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and/or to waive informalities for any or all proposals. Any proposal submitted MUST be signed by an individual authorized to bind the offeror. Conduct a comprehensive drainage study for the English Gardens, Poplar Acres, and Cannon Mills areas. The study aims to assess current drainage conditions, identify areas of concern, and propose solutions to improve stormwater management and mitigate flooding risks in these neighborhoods. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The deadline for additional information and questions is Monday, December 16, 2024, at 12:00 pm. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
