Renovation of a multi-residential development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The intent of this RFQ is to seek quotations from qualified contractors for the provision of services for the renewal of the building envelope at the Rundle Heights II townhome complex (2904 - 113 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta). On the exterior of the townhomes, the successful contractor will remove existing windows and stucco and siding, including abatement, and supply and install new cladding, insulation, and windows. On the interior of the townhomes, select furnaces and domestic hot-water tanks will be removed and replaced with new including all needed venting and electrical. The Rundle Height II complex is comprised of 22 townhome blocks containing 97 residential units. The townhomes are two-story wood-framed structures constructed in 1970 with a mix of masonry, stucco, wood and vinyl siding. Documents can be obtained from https://civida.bidsandtenders.ca/
