Reference Number 0000283653 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/20 12:00:00 PM MST Edmonton Regional Airports Authority (“Edmonton Airports”) is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to provide line locate services at the Edmonton International Airport and Villeneuve Airport. Proposals are requested for the following service requirements: 1. Private Utility Locating Services – responding to underground utility locate requests received through Utility Safety Partners’ notification system on behalf of Edmonton Airports’ owned utilities. 2. Secondary Utility Locating Services – responding to underground secondary utility locate requests. Services are anticipated to start on February 1, 2025, and will be for a term ending December 31, 2029. There will be one optional extension term of up to two (2) years. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
