Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Edmonton wishes to enter into a prequalification with up to four (4) contractors for roadway construction locations involving construction of active modes improvements such as dedicated cycling facilities, shared-use paths, and pedestrian crossings. The locations will be grouped into construction tenders to be issued through SAP Ariba to the prequalified bidders. Tenders will be issued in early 2025 for work in 2025. The scope of work for each tender may include: Cold milling SGC Hot Mix Paving Concrete flatwork construction Raised and continuous pedestrian crossings Adjustment of manhole, catch basin, and utility frame and covers Installation of shallow storm sewers, catch basins, and manholes Street light relocations Coordination with City of Edmonton traffic signals contractor Traffic Accommodation Documents can be obtained from https://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/21922188
