Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in New Lenox, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The proposed project will consist of demolition and removal of 3 commercial structures including foundations, retaining walls, flatwork, curb, and landscape and then filling any voids, grading, placing topsoil and seeding areas. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The Village of New Lenox reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities in bidding. 100 E. Maple St., 204 N. Cedar Rd., 208 N. Every request for such interpretation should be made in writing, addressed to the Village of New Lenox, 1 Veterans Parkway, New Lenox, IL 60451, Attention: Brian Williams, or emailed to bwilliams@newlenox.net to be given consideration. Requests must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the bid opening. Any addenda will be issued five (5) days from the date fixed for the bid opening to bidders that have attended the pre-bid meeting
