Renovation of an educational facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This solicitation seeks a "Statement of Qualification" (SOQ) for Project Consultant Services on behalf of the University of Nebraska ("The Owner") to augment the "Project Team" comprised of HDR Architecture Inc. (HDR) and Kiewit Building Group Inc. (KBG) to deliver a new state-of-art academic acute care facility: Project Next Phase I, Project Health - Building The Healthiest Nebraska ("The Project"), located on the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) campus in Omaha, Nebraska. The Project Team is seeking a "Project Consultant" for Professional Building Automation System Services. The Project Consultant will contract directly with HDR to provide services including, but not limited to, design and construction administration services for The Project. The Program Stage is complete, and the Validation Phase is currently underway. Please review the Request for Qualifications attachment for additional information relating to this solicitation.
