Northridge Manhole Access GENERAL These Special Provisions amend or supplement the 2023 City of Lincoln Standard Specifications for Municipal Construction, and other provisions of the Contract Documents as indicated herein. All provisions that are not so amended or supplemented, via these special provisions or the approved supplemental specifications on the City of Lincoln's website remain in full force and effect. The terms used in these Special Provisions will have the meanings indicated in the Specifications and Contract Documents. Additional terms used in these Special Provisions have the meanings indicated below, which are applicable to both the singular and plural thereof. Question Cutt-off Date & Time 12/18/2024 02:00:00 PM (ET) The Contractor shall 240 consecutive calendar days to achieve Final Completion as defined by Chapter 23, Article 23.18 - Final Completion and Acceptance of the 2023 City of Lincoln Standard Specifications. Final Completion shall be achieved on or before August 1, 2025. Questions regarding the meaning, interpretation or clarification of any solicitation provision should be submitted through Ebid under the Questions tab
