The City of Pasadena, CA Police Department is seeking to engage the services of a professional and experienced Crime Scene Cleanup and Remediation company to provide comprehensive cleanup and remediation services for crime scenes and contaminated vehicles within the city limits. The contractor will be responsible for swift and efficient cleanup, sterilization, and restoration of crime scenes and police equipment, ensuring the area is safe, clean, and free from any potential hazards. Question Submission Deadline: December 4, 2024, 3:00pm The City reserves the right to reject all bids, waive any irregularity in any of the bids, or cancel or delay the project at any time. Performance Bonds Required: 100% Labor & Materials Bonds Required: 100% The initial term of the contract resulting from these Specifications shall be for three years from the date of execution by the City. The contract may be extended for two optional one-year extension periods subject to the approval of the City Manager. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price in the form of a redeemable or callable electronic surety bond, meeting City requirements, must accompany all bids.
