The Town of Boxford, as the issuing authority, invites sealed proposals for: Custodial Service and Snow Removal for 9 municipal buildings, as further detailed in the Specifications and Scope of Work. The Town of Boxford will be the awarding authority. The Town of Boxford reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept proposals either in whole or in part, to award contracts by individual items or by lump sum total, or to waive any formalities or defects in any proposal, should it deem it to be in the best interest of the Town to do so. This contract is subject to the Uniform Procurement Act, Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this proposal. The contracts will be awarded to the most advantageous proposal, taking into account both nonprice criteria and contract price. The Town expressly reserves the right to award a contract to a proposer other than the one offering the lowest contract price if it is determined to be in the Town's best interest to do so.
