This project consists of the realignment of Brookmeade Dr South of Redstone Ave to create an aligned, four-leg intersection with the north leg of Brookmeade Dr. The project will consist of utility relocations, drainage improvements, roadway widening and resurfacing, sidewalks, signing, marking, and signalization. The City has procured certain signalization components in advance of the project which are to be installed by the contractor. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis and awarded based on the lump sum of the unit prices.
