Site work for a water / sewer project in Crestview, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal is to select a qualified contractor for the acquisition, construction, and deployment of multiple offshore marine artificial reefs by deploying numerous multi-sided, prefabricated concrete artificial reef modules. At least 28 of these modules must be at least 4 feet tall. At least 4 of these modules must be at least 8 feet tall for a total of at least 32 modules. The reefs will be deployed in the Gulf of Mexico within the Large Area Artificial Reef Site A (LAARS A) active permitted area in Florida waters offshore of Okaloosa County in depths 141-153ft. Intent to Award April 11, 2025 All artificial reef construction and deployment must be completed by August 31, 2025.
