The County is seeking a contractor/vendor to perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on Mechanical and Electrical equipment in thirteen (13) Okaloosa County buildings with controls systems supported by the Ecostruxure Building platform. Vendor must possess a Certification in Ecostruxure Building Platform and be proficient with it to perform maintenance and upgrades to systems and networks. Vendor and staff must pass Okaloosa County's background and security checks in order to perform work on our network. All county network access is approved and controlled by county IT and vendor must adhere to relevant IT policy to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of county networks. Vendor must perform all inspections and normal work/repairs M-F 6:30AM to 4:00PM and must schedule and coordinate with Okaloosa County Facilities Maintenance Department at least two (2) days in advance before work is to be performed unless called out by the County or after-hours work has been approved. Must be able to respond to the County facility within ninety (90) minutes and be on-call as we have some buildings that run 24/7. Vendor must supply a report after each building inspection. Any issues or repairs that can't be rectified during inspection with approval from County staff shall be followed up with a written quote with labor and parts needed in accordance with the contract pricing and terms. Any concerns or safety issues that need immediate attention shall be reported to the Mechanical Supervisor or Foreman immediately. Testing of the control systems and alarms as related to the equipment. (Chillers, Boilers, Generators, Pumps, Cooling Towers) (Perform one (1) Annual Inspection, and three (3) Quarterly Performance Inspections annually) Calibrating and inspecting operation of all temperature sensors, t-stat's, hot & chill water valves, all air dampers, VAV's, and drives related to all equipment. (Annual, Performance Inspections or all items inspected three times annually) One air flow test for each cell at County Jail only.
