The School District of Okaloosa County is accepting bid proposals for Contractor Services to provide all labor, material, equipment, supplies and resources required to remodel Crestview High School Automotive Lab according to the approved plans. The site is located at 1250 North Ferdon Boulevard, Crestview, FL 32536. The Bidder shall be qualified and insured and must hold current and active licensure to conduct work, having a Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DPBR) Commercial General Contractor license. The Contractor is responsible for examining the requirements including any measurements needed to complete this project. Contractors must satisfy themselves as to the exact nature and existing conditions of work areas and requirements of specifications for extent and quality of work to be performed. Failure to do so will not relieve the successful Contractor of their obligation to carry out the provisions of the contract. Cleanup of work area shall be conducted by the Contractor. Personnel skilled in their respective trade shall execute all work. A set of electronic plans for this project are included in this bid.
