Site work for a mixed-use development in Hyde Park, New York. Design plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
As of September 3, 2025, this project is in the design phase. Bidding is estimated to take place in January/February of 2026. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Reference Number 0000369945 Engineering Services for the Reconstruction of the Municipal Pool at Hackett Hill Park for design and reconstruction of the municipal pool located at Hackett Hill Park on East Market Street in the Town of Hyde Park. A copy of the grant application is included in Appendix A. As part of the grant application the Town retained MJ Engineering to prepare an evaluation of the facility and budget costs to design and reconstruct the pool. This evaluation is included for reference in Appendix A. Consultants can use this study for reference and the scope of improvements outlined to prepare a price proposal. There are MWBE requirements for this grant.
