Scope includes abatement of existing flooring; installation of new well and associated outbuilding; demolition of existing interior partitions, doors, finishes, and glazing system; installation of new interior glazing systems; security glazing; transaction windows; doors and hardware; access control infrastructure; mechanical and electrical building system upgrades; limited replacement of specified ceilings; and sitework. Bids shall not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the Work, as the Owner being exempt therefrom. Bidders must comply with New York Sate Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. The School Board of Hyde Park Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation. 2022 Capital Project - Phase 3B Hyde Park Elementary School SED Project No. 13-08-01-06-0-005-025 North Park Elementary School SED Project No. 13-08-01-06-0-013-025 Netherwood Elementary School SED Project No. 13-08-01-06-0-007-021 Administration Building SED Project No. 13-08-01-06-1-016-003 The Owner, the School Board of Hyde Park Central School District, will receive sealed Bids to furnish materials and labor to complete the 2022 Capital Project - Phase 3B which includes abatement of existing flooring; installation of new well and associated outstructure; demolition of existing interior partitions, doors, finishes, and glazing system; installation of new interior glazing systems; security glazing; transaction windows; doors and hardware; access control infrastructure; mechanical and electrical building system upgrades; limited replacement of specified ceilings; and sitework. Each Bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following Contracts: Contract No. 12 - General Construction Work (GC) Contract No. 13 - Electrical Construction Work (EC) Contract No. 14 - Plumbing Construction Work (PC) Contract No. 15 - Sitework Construction Work (SC) No interpretation of the meaning of the Bidding Documents, existing conditions, or of the scope of Work will be made verbally.
