Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a library in Hyde Park, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a library; for the demolition of a library; for the renovation of a library; and for site work for a library.
The project is awarded to Allegiant Electric LLC but the awarded amount is not available The Owner expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted in response to this bid solicitation. The Library would like to add an accessibility lift in a small addition to the existing building. Along with the lift addition the Library will be adding a fire protection system, a renovated electrical system, and replacement of the HVAC system. The project is tax exempt and State prevailing wage rates will apply. Your firm will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of a sum no less than 10 percent of the Bid Price. Performance Bond and Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract Sum will be required prior to executing the Construction Contract. Failure to submit the Bid Bond with the Bid is cause for rejection.
