As of January 17, 2024, project was arwaded to Belmont Construction, Arambula Construction, New Windows For America, S&A Construction, awarded amount is $119,491. The City of Harper will be soliciting bids for Rehabilitation on the properties located at 217 E 12th St., 1208 Washington, 223 E 9th, 203 E 9th, and 1105 Central. The CDBG Home Rehabilitation Project is a vital effort to enhance the safety and wellbeing of the Harper community. This project is being supported with U.S. Department of Housing and Community Development, Block Grant, Home Rehabilitation grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity.
