As of March 3, 2025 We had no bidders for the general contract bid. So this project was placed on hold for the time being. Electrical The work consists of the installation of a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system in a portion of the classrooms, including indoor units, outdoor units, refrigerant and condensate piping, and associated controls. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Toy Town Elementary School is a two-story building heated by an oil-fired steam heating system. Steam is supplied to unit ventilators. The work consists of the installation of a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system in a portion of the classrooms, including indoor units, outdoor units, refrigerant and condensate piping, and associated controls. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via the Tighe & Bond website for bidding document distribution at: http://www.tighebond.com/Projects_Out_to_Bid.php 7.2 Prospective Bidders must be registered users of the website to submit questions regarding the project. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via email at sscott@tighebond.com
