Renovation of a stadium in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
New Refrigeration Slab: The general contractor shall be a single point of contact for coordination, construction and warranty of the installation of the new refrigeration slab, buried brine headers, dasher boards & glass. Single exit door to be expanded to a double door. Renovate the existing bleachers and portions of the upper Hall to accommodate a new accessible viewing area. Testing & Inspections. The Contractor should coordinate testing and inspection including but not limited to: Excavation, Bearing Surface / Subgrade Inspections. Soil and Granular fill compaction testing. Concrete Testing A letter from the Surety Company confirming the respondents total bonding limits. The successful bidder of the Stage 2 RFT will be required to provide a 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour & Material Payment Bond on behalf of the respondent for all work. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The anticipated period of contract(s) is from date of award to August 2025.
