Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cedar Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Cedar Springs (City) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified design/build firms to provide architectural/engineering/construction services for the renovation of the existing Rowland Surplus Building located at 130 West Muskegon Street Northeast in Cedar Springs, Michigan. Fishbeck will be assisting the City with evaluation of qualifications and selection of the design/build firm. The project includes the design and construction of the following: Infrastructure improvements and deferred maintenance. Interior demolition and reconstruction of the Administrative Office areas. New City Council Chambers. Garage area vehicle storage. Parking/paving. Garage area general storage. Administrative storage, wellness, and large conference room. Exterior improvements. The existing demolition and proposed new floor plans developed by Fishbeck are included for reference. Fishbeck will grant permission for selected design/build team to utilize the drawings for further design development.
