1. The Pre-Bid Site Visit has changed to Thursday, January 9, 2025 @ 1:00 P.M. local time. 2. The Questions deadline has changed to Friday, January 17, 2025 @ COB. 3. The ITB deadline has been extended until Friday, January 24, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. local time. The Engineers Estimate is around $200,000. PCC Generator and ATS Install Description of Work: The Alaska Department of Corrections, Palmer Correctional Center (PCC), is seeking installation of an owner supplied generator and automatic transfer switches for two buildings located at PCC (Butler Building and Warehouse Building). The generator shall be installed on a thickened edge, slab-on-grade concrete housekeeping pad, in a new structure suitable to house the generator, transfer switch, and any other electrical switchgear, conduits, and disconnects necessary for a complete and turnkey installation.
