The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to renovate the 3rd, 6th, and 8th floors of the Birmingham VA Medical Center, specifically the halls and walls from East to West Elevators. The scope includes demolition and one-for-one replacement of all ceiling tiles, application of new paint colors on walls, installation of new wall protection, cove base, flooring, and commercial-grade rubber tile. Work must adhere to the manufacturer's instructions and project specifications, with the most stringent requirements governing. The project also involves coordinating delivery dates and shipments with the Birmingham VAMC Engineering Point of Contact or Interior Designer. All work areas are indicated in the contract drawings, with green highlights marking the specific locations within scope.
