Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hemet, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified contractor to construct sidewalk and curb ramps at Brubaker Park. The construction activities shall consist of clearing and grubbing existing landscape, and the construction of 4 thick P.C.C. sidewalk and ADA compliant curb ramps as shown on the attached plans. Liquidated Damages $500 per day Project Duration 25 Working days
