The design for Warren Road will extend from Esplanade Avenue to Domenigoni Parkway, and shall be prepared with a minimum of three phases for construction. Phase 1 being Esplanade Avenue to Stetson Avenue, Phase 2 being Stetson Avenue to the Salt Creek Bridge, and Phase 3 being the Salt Creek Bridge widening. These phases may be further broken down after preliminary assessment of the phases based upon constraints and feasibility. The design for this section of Warren Road shall be based upon the General Plan alignment with a total of four lanes. Environmental services shall be provided by a separate consultant. All services provided by the Consultant shall be performed by individuals who meet the qualifications, education, and certifications/licensing requirements necessary for the work being performed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
