The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and materials to perform the removal of all existing halogen and fluorescent lighting and replace with energy efficient LED lighting needed for the full operation at the Simpson Center located at 305 E Devonshire Ave within Hemet's city limits, in accordance with the included bid specifications. This is a prevailing wage project under the laws of the State of California, and is also subject to Federal Davis-Bacon wages.
