Question Deadline 01/10/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing The project includes improvements to the existing Hancock County Fairgrounds located in Kiln, Mississippi. Improvements will include, but will not be limited to, developing the existing 74-acre site, improving drainage and lighting, provide 135 spaces for recreational vehicles, provide ground improvements for a future parking area, overflow parking and space for truck/trailers during events, as well as improved fairgrounds area. Improvements will also include modifications to the existing building to include lighting and power improvements, and upgrades to the existing restrooms. A new 40,000 SF barn addition will be provided to support additional stalls as well as a horse wash-down station.
