NW 153rd Terrace West Lakes Drainage Improvement Project The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, means of transportation, supplies, equipment, and services necessary for drainage and road improvements including drainage system installation, milling, and resurfacing, thermoplastic pavement markings, and site restoration [including landscaping swale, concrete curb and gutter, driveways (asphalt, paver, or concrete), mailbox, street signs, etc.] as detailed in the plans and specifications attached hereto as Exhibit A.
