Small-Scale Infrastructure Program Unit Price Construction Contract for Miscellaneous Water Projects The current opportunity is dedicated to providing expedited design and construction services tailored specifically to developer-led and funded, small-scale, infill projects. The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: replacement and extension of 800 feet or less of Miscellaneous water main lines, water service lines and water taps; as well as incidental traffic control plans. The intent of the program is to provide the development community with a turn-key approach for the design and construction of community facilities. We are estimating that, at full scale, the program will have approximately 200 projects a year. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
