Albany, Oregon Grounds Maintenance- approximately 33 acres of lawn, shrubs, trees, ground cover, flower beds, paved parking lots, driveways, gravel, and bare ground areas. Location of work: DOE NETL 1450 Queen Avenue, SW Albany, OR 97321 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. Please quote for each year: Base 3/1/2025 - 2/28/2026 OY1 3/1/2026 - 2/28/2027 OY2 3/1/2027 - 2/29/2028 OY3 3/1/2028 - 2/28/2029 OY4 3/1/2029 - 2/28/2030 All questions must be submitted electronically through FedConnect. Only those questions posted to FedConnect will be accepted. You must register with FedConnect to respond as an interested party to submit questions, and to view responses to questions. Questions will not be answered over the phone. The Contracting Officer must receive questions regarding the request for quotation (RFQ) via FedConnect within ten (10) business days after the issuance of the RFQ.
