The work includes the following: 1) Furnish, install, maintain, and remove traffic control and erosion control devices 2) Construct roadway rebuild 3) Perform grading, excavation/embankment, and riprap placement 4) Construct concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalks 5) Construct ADA compliant curb ramps 6) Install storm sewer system 7) Install sanitary sewer system 8) Install waterline adjustments 9) Asphalt pavement saw cutting 10) Remove existing structure 11) Install piling, cap beams and wingwalls 12) Construct new bridge structure 13) Cold plane pavement removal 14) Install asphalt concrete pavement 15) Install pavement markings 16) Install signage 17) Install mailboxes 18) Install fences 19) Install driveways 20) Install planters 21) Perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans This solicitation is for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The Class of Work for this Project is: Bridges and Structures. The Solicitation Documents for the Cox Creek: Goldfish Farm Road Bridge Replacement project may be reviewed at 3010 Ferry Street SW, Albany, Oregon 97322. The outside of the Bid package shall plainly state the following: "Bid for Cox Creek: Goldfish Farm Road Bridge Replacement; and the words "To Be Opened Only by Authorized Personnel This project contains a 0% DBE Goal. Pre-qualification with ODOT and Linn County is required. Pursuant to ORS 279C.430 pre-qualification applications must be filed with ODOT at least ten (10) days prior to the bid opening date. If prior prequalification approval is not already on file with Linn County, at least 5 Calendar Days prior to the bid opening, submit a copy of the prequalification application that was submitted to ODOT to the Linn County Engineer. All bidders (prime contractors) must be qualified within the appropriate class(es) of work listed below and as stated in the Contract Specifications for this project. The Agency will reject bids from bidders who are not prequalified for the class(es) of work indicated. Linn County may reject any Bid not in compliance with all prescribed public procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all Bids upon a finding of the agency that it is in the public interest to do so.
