**As of March 7, 2025, project was awarded to 4 Clean Up, Inc., awarded amount is $ 229,877.75** The work will include but is not limited to approximately 7,500 square yards of Hot Mix Asphalt Milling and 900 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course on Carlson Parkway and Smith Place in the Township of Cedar Grove. Work will also include inlet reconstruction, granite block curb, driveway reconstruction, signage and striping, and all associated restoration. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 75 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Township of Cedar Grove, or a duly executed Bid Bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the Bidder together with a Surety Consent evidencing that They can obtain the required Performance Bond. The successful Bidder will be required to deliver to the Owner an executed Performance Bond and Payment Bond of a responsible indemnity company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey.
