Renovation of a multi-residential development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (CPPD) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (Owner) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for roof replacement as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the Work). The work is being done at the high rise apartment building located at 375 Assiniboine Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The work site location will be fully occupied during construction.
