This Project is the Bridge Replacement of the Existing Structure a Single Span Steel Girder Bridge Carrying Sr 3031 (Mcintyre Road) Over Blacklegs Creek With a New Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert and Other Miscellaneous Construction, as Indicated on the Approved Drawings Included in the Bid Package for State Route 2021, Section 451, in Indiana County Young Township From Approximately 350' From the Start of the Existing Structure at Segment 0130 Offset 1251 to Approximately the Intersection of Sr 3056 at Segment 0130 Offset 1883. PennDOT - Green Valley Bridge #1 - SR 3031 (McIntyre Road) *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This work is: Removal of organic matter within excavation areas and removal of the first 8 inches of topsoil and organic matter within embankment areas. Removal of organic matter such as all trees, stumps, brush, roots, and other vegetation within the limits of excavation and embankment areas, including ditches and channels. When indicated, perform tree trimming and selective tree removal outside of the limits of excavation and embankment areas as specified in Section 810. Removal of objectionable material, rubbish, and junk within the project limits. Removal of buildings and structures, fences, walls, guide rail posts, guide rails, signs, direction markers, and other obstructions interfering with the work that are not included in other contract items. Disposal of removed material. Salvaging, temporarily storing, and delivering of material. Obtaining of waste areas for disposal of material as specified in Section 105.14. Stockpiling of topsoil and topsoil mixture as specified in Section 801. Chipping and stockpiling wood waste material, if specified in the Special Provisions. The eTicketing system must be fully integrated with the load read-out system at the plant and capable of transmitting ticket information to the PennDOT eTicketing system. The system software and hardware must prevent alteration of the data inputs from the asphalt mixing plant's recording truck scale or recording weigh hopper, or the asphalt mixing plant's recording aggregate, asphalt, and other material scales. This work is the repair of damage to the detour route identified herein. Perform repair work in accordance with the applicable sections of Publication 408 and as directed. SR 3031 (McIntyre Road) Detour from the project site to the intersection of SR 3031/SR 3010; SR 3010 from the intersection of SR 3031/SR 3010 to the intersection of SR 3010/SR 3027; SR 3027 from the intersection of SR 3010/SR 3027 to the intersection of SR 3027/SR 3056; SR 3056 from the intersection of SR 3027/SR 3056 to the intersection of SR 3056/SR 3031; SR 3031 from the intersection of SR 3056/SR3031 to the project site. This work consists of any unforeseen encounters with possible contaminated material be it solid and/or liquid created by Parcel 1. Sampling under this item includes all sampling equipment, material, and personnel. This item includes the satisfactory gathering, loading, transporting, and disposing of contaminated material from the active construction work area to an approved and permitted waste disposal facility.
