Renovation of a residential development in Ansley, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Demo Remove tile shower enclosure Remove stub wall between toilet and shower Remove tile flooring throughout bathroom Installation Install walk in shower base (Fiberglass, Onyx, or similar material) Repair or replace shower drains as needed Repair or replace shower valves and head as needed Install fiberglass shower surround with fiberglass or similar materials Repair and finish all the wall and ceiling surfaces Install new bathroom floor with LVP or similar material Repair or replace toilets and sinks as needed Ansley Housing Authority is accepting bids for the repairs and modernization of bathrooms at the Husker Homes site in Ansley Nebraska. This is small contract work. The work will focus on shower stall remodels for fiberglass or comparable insert installation, toilet and sink repair as needed, new vent fan replacement, shower lighting, paint and flooring repair as needed. the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
