Manufacturer and part number must be included with pricing to be considered. General Requirements - FOB Destination Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item RCOC may terminate this contract at any time for any reason by giving at least thirty (30) days' notice in writing to the supplier. If the agreement is terminated by RCOC, the supplier will be paid for all outstanding invoices as of the date of termination. RCOC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes or portions thereof or to waive any minor irregularities. The undersigned hereby offers to furnish all materials/services at the prices quoted, in conformance with all stated requirements.
