Reference Number 0000372940 The TAP Grant Tree Clearing Program shall consist of clearing approximately 1.97 acres along 13 Mile Road between Old Stage Road and Evergreen Road, Evergreen Road between Embassy St and 14 Mile Road and 14 Mile Road between Long Bow Court and Lahser Road. Question Deadline 01/27/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No . All questions shall be submitted via email to jnagle@hrcengr.com. Questions will not be answered if not submitted via email or asked at the Pre-bid meeting. Each bid proposal shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and Surety Company, payable to the Village of Beverly Hills in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the accompanying bid. Proposal Guarantee shall provide assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of the bid, execute the necessary Contract with the Village of Beverly Hills. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Bonds. No bid may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least Ninety (90) days. *The Village of Beverly Hills reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding.
