The Housing Authority of Pulaski County will receive sealed bids for Unit Upgrades and Building Demolition funded under Modernization Program No.s IL01P045-501-23 and IL01P045-501-24 at Projects IL-45-1/Karnak, IL-45- 2/Mound City, IL-45-3/Mounds, and IL-45-4/Ullin in Pulaski County, Illinois. Docs notes : Copies of the documents may be obtained at the office of the Architect by depositing a check with the Architect in the amount of $75.00 for each set of documents so obtained, made payable to the Housing Authority of Pulaski County. Such deposit will be refunded to each bidder who returns the plans, specifications and other documents in good condition to the Housing Authority or to the Architect within fourteen (14) days after bid opening. Partial sets may be purchased at the cost of photocopying and shipping cost upon completion of a request for partial plans/specifications form and submitting to the Architect. Documents may also be downloaded from the Architect's website for bidding purposes only . All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or bank draft, payable to the Housing Authority of Pulaski County, U.S. Government Bonds at par value, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days (60) subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority.
