A Description of the Project is as Follows: Scope of Work: the Work for This Project Consists of, but is Not Limited to Clearing and Grubbing Work Area, Installation of Five Concrete Pads, Installation of Electrical Conduits and Wiring to All Junction Boxes, Coordination and Permitting of Art Sculpture Installation; and Performing Final Grading to Match Existing Grades as Described in the Bid Documents. Qualification Requirement: the Contractor Shall Have Any of the Following: Florida Certified General Contractors License or Florida Certified Building Contractors License. The Contractor Must Have Worked on 3 Projects Over the Past 5 Years of Similar Size, Scope and Complexity and Provide Verifiable References for These Projects. The City Shall Be the Sole and Final Judge in Determining if the Contractor Meets the Qualification Requirement.
