A description of the Project is as follows: Scope of Work: The Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to: The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the combination of three city-owned tenant units, 8, 9, and 9a within the Library Square commercial condominium, located at 6776 Sunset Strip, Sunrise, into one unit. Overall the intent of the project is to provide the infrastructure and modifications necessary to prepare the space as a vanilla box for a future brewery, as specified in the Bid documents. Location: Work is located in the City of Sunrise at 6772 Sunset Strip Sunrise, FL 33313. Qualification Requirement: The Contractor shall have a State of Florida Certified General Contractors License. The Contractor must have successfully completed at least three (3) projects of similar type, scope, size and complexity within the last 5 years in the State of Florida. Selected Contractor must provide verifiable references from the projects Owner. The City shall be the sole and final judge in determining if the Contractor meets the Qualification Requirement.
