For Asphaltic Concrete, As-Needed The City of Sunrise requires asphaltic concrete to complete roadway repairs citywide, on an as needed basis. The City of Sunrise requires asphaltic concrete to complete roadway repairs citywide, on an as needed basis. The successful supplier shall furnish the specified product/materials on an as needed basis, per Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) design specifications. City forces shall be responsible for picking up materials directly from the supplier's premises. Suppliers must provide proof that they have been engaged in the asphalt business for a minimum of one (1) year; must have a dedicated phone and fax line, as well as on-line capabilities to receive requests; office must be staffed with a qualified person to answer questions and inquiries. Bid Bond n/a Pre/Bid Proposal Conference: NON-MANDATORY n/a ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY OF SUNRISE STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Deadline for Questions: Tuesday, March 14, 2023, 12:00 p.m. (Noon) All bids shall remain valid for ninety (90) days after the time of bid opening. After this time period the Bidder may request the Bid be withdrawn.
