The description of work to be completed under this Contract is as follows The work for the construction of the Washington County History & Landmarks Foundation John White House Roof Replacement Chartiers Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, shall include, but is not necessarily limited to 1. Removal and proper disposal of existing roof and underlayment. 2. Remove and replace existing wooden roofing that is deteriorated with in kind material. 3. Roof rafter / alignment / replacement as required to mitigate roof sagging. 4. New waterproof underlayment. 5. New standing seam 26 gauge metal roofing. 6. Gutter removal and re-installation, if required Bid offer must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check, bank good faith check, other irrevocable letter of credit or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total amount of bid and made payable to the order of the "Washington County History and Landmarks Foundation".
