Scope of Work experienced and qualified firms for professional Engineering services for the design, permitting services and limited construction engineering services for the replacement of Fixed Weir (FW) Nos. 157 and 158. The City of North Port reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole, or in part, for any reason whatsoever, to waive informalities and to award separate contracts for each individual items, or a single contract for all items, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the City.
