Site work for a water / sewer project in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project identified above including the following major work items: o Removal and disposal of broken timber fender piles, timber wales, and timber chocks. o Installation of new timber or steel fender piles, timber wales, timber chocks, and associated connection hardware. Any and all questions related to this project must be submitted via email prior to 5:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. No questions will be accepted after that time. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for this bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, money order, or an original signed and stamped surety bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the Port of Bellingham. The Port of Bellingham reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. Engineers estimate: $382,000.00-$429,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
