Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Riviera Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project consists of demolition, construction of pavement, new curbs, sidewalks, canopy / awnings, signage, milling, pavement resurfacing, stripping, minor landscaping, fencing and miscellaneous electrical work for the Port of Palm Beach Cruise Terminal parking lot. To maintain current cruise terminal parking operations and to sustain the Port’s cruise business, the project is to be constructed in phases as indicated. The Port shall use its best efforts to ensure that Minority/Women Businesses Enterprises have an equitable opportunity to participate in the Port’s procurement process. The Board has set a voluntary goal of 12% M/WBE participation in Port business. In order to qualify as a Minority/Woman Business Enterprise, the firm must be certified by any certifying governmental entity in Palm Beach County.
